What I appreciated most about working with Ric was the trust he inspired in me. After having several difficult experiences with contractors, I became very aware of how vulnerable it can feel as a homeowner when you have to rely on someone else’s expertise. Ric was honest, transparent, and never took shortcuts or offered reassurance just to move things along. If something wasn’t right, he said so and that kind of integrity is hard to find. I truly felt confident in both his work and his word.
