This would be a 5 star review if not for the reception processes. Doctor Aaron is amazing and always helpful. But to talk to him you have to crawl through a menu to get to a person. Most of the time you don't get an answer, and need to leave a message. This is generally would not be an issue, but he receptionist voicemail's are always full. Then they will call you back after office hours. Again not generally an issue, but their switchboard shuts down after 4, so you can't return the call or leave a message until the next day... read more
Very professional and is able to put you at ease about any medical issue.
Dr. Aaron Roberds is an excellent primary care physician. He cares about his patients, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares.
