My doctor retired and I am moving to the NPR area so I was looking for a new primary doctor. The first doctor I went to was Dr. Lozano. I will say right off the bat, he is young, but that is not a bad thing. Being a young doctor means to me that what he learned in various schools and training. Not an issue with me.
