Don’t waste your time with Tom. He is the worst person you want to build your pool. There is nothing done right on my pool. Pool deck cement looks like a blind person finished it. The plaster is horrible, black spots in it. The lights don’t work. Never explained to us how to run the system. After paying Tom over $70,000, had to finally get someone else to come and get the everything working, cost me another $5,000. Tom would sit on my patio and drink beer while watching his guys work. I could write a book on the bad service received from this company!!!! Tom is very arrogant and ugly! He had his workers break the lock on our fence to get into the yard even after we told them a time we would be home. They hire cheap laborers who don't speak English, so the poor guys couldn't explain what was going on after my husband came home in an uproar because they broke the lock. We had the pool liner replaced in our pool, and after about 2 months or so, the liner was coming up. They put a pump in the well because it ... read more
We bought our pool from here a couple of weeks ago. The guy we dealt with, Ronnie, was great. He was patient and answered any questions we had regarding the pool! We are pleased with our purchase!
