Aaron Pools was assigned to repair our spa heater by American Home Shield, our home warranty company. They not only were unable to make the repair, they botched up our spa heating system so badly it took me two years to find a company who had the competence and knowledge to get the problem straightened out. CUSTOMER BEWARE!! This company will not honor their warranty or backup any of their work. They first tried to offer us a cash discount (for obvious reasons). We have contacted them on several occasions by phone and the customer service is horrible. They refuse to take messages, they refuse to let you speak to the owner, and they terminate the call when your speaking. October 2016: If I could give them -100 stars I would (fraud, deceit, liars, see below). My pool had turned green and I had asked my pool company to look into the problem. My pool guy stated that it was due to the pop up gear assembly needing to be replaced, as well as an issue in filtration (most likely grids needing to be replaced). Since I have a home warranty (AHS) and the grids would be covered under the warranty, I called AHS and they sent out Aaron Pools. BEWARE.Terrible service, terrible commmunication. Don't waste your time with this company. We have a pea green pool a month after hiring this group (for $230 extra) to change it from "GREEN TO CLEAN" , as their ads clearly state. High turnover, various inexperienced guys showed up, look at our pool, turned around and left-I peaked out the window and witnessed this. I hired them for weekly service at the same time.
