Unprofessional to say the least..... pompous, arrogant , and seems to treat costumers that don’t have the same skin color as the staff(white) very differently. Perhaps this have to do with my ethnicity that happened to not be the same as there’s.
Worst Customer Service Ever. Natalia is very arrogant and rude on the phone. I just wanted a call back from my technican to fix a filter. No apologies no communication and please don't waste your time with this company.

Aaron Pools was assigned by my home warranty company, American Home Shield, to repair my spa heater. They botched the job. After two years of having American Home Shield sending other contractors to fix my spa heater, which was still not working correctly, American Home Shield tried to send Aaron Pools back to my home to do the repair. Aaron Pools told American Home Shield that they were unable to fix my spa heater, so American Home Shield gave me permission to hire my own contractor from out of their network.
