Every time I get a policy renew, I call around to see if I get the best rate. If it is just a couple of dollars I don't worry about it but when it's in the hundreds, then I call to see if I can get a better rate before switching over to a new company. I called and was told " I was just about to call you for the better rate" what a crock of crap. When has an insurance company every call to say Hey you can save money, NEVER. Taylor is the absolute best! I worked with Taylor while I was in Oregon and she scouted out placed to tow my car, she helped organize a tow transfer and even reserved a rental car on behalf of me. Super Hands Off, Very Low Stress and Amazing Hospitality.
Absolutely impressed with the level of attentiveness and knowledge demonstrated by Sharyl. She is quick to respond to any of my questions and genuinely has my best interest in mind. I’ve been with Allstate for many years and see no reason to “shop around” for better when I already have the best!!
