"Sleep more!" he yelled at me. I told him I couldn't function. Zero empathy. The thyroid function, massive goiter, was likely due to PFAS, not that he ever told me that. I need my levothyroxine lowered. Not that he decreased it. I needed my liothyronine must higher. He never even prescribed me that. I need a knowledgeable dr with empathy. He is none of the above. USELESS dr.
Couldn't ask for a better staff. So professional and friendly despite being such a busy office. Dr Rockoff is a gem. So kind and really listens and addresses issues fully. Dr Rockoff gives the care we all hope for when being seen by a Doctor. He has a great bedside manner. He is the best. Impossible to go elsewhere and get better care.
I see his P.A. Kimberly and she is super nice. She is very polite and courteous. She explains everything in a manner that I could understand. I wish to see Kimberly as long as I need to. Thanks for a good service, Kimberly. Claire is also my favorite. She is very kind and efficient. She takes care of my refills and meds that I need with urgency because she knows it's essential for my health. You're awesome, Claire!
