In 2019 I had a half family member try to set me up on drug charges. I truly believe he never bothered to find out the facts of my case and completely let someone get away with false allegations simply because he did not care to actually provide a proper defense in the case. My personal impression is that as a former prosecutor, if the current prosecutor wants to try your case he'll push you to take a disadvantageous plee deal simply because he will go with what they want. Not a defense attorney I can personally recommend although perhaps you may have better luck, just proceed with caution. *... read more
