Dr. Baessler explained the procedure for shoulder replacement surgery. He did not pressure me to do the surgery. He was very kind and respectful, answered all my questions and helped me and my family understand there were other choices, if I opted not to have the surgery. My age is 77 and I feel my surgery was a complete success. I am very happy with the outcome. If you are looking for a shoulder surgeon, Aaron M. Baessler, MD is your man! He gets all the Stars+

The facility and the Doctors have always been great
Dr Baessler is very good at what he does. He’s honest and gives a very detailed assessment of your injury including pre-op and post-op care. His explanations are clear and concise. You can tell he cares a lot about his patients recovery.. I highly recommend him for your surgery care.
Talked me through everything, went through details of MRI and explained why he would or wouldn't do something. Very easy to talk to and understand
