Our 3 year old Samsung ice maker broke, so we needed it fixed. This company is only 2-3 blocks from our house. We called him first and waited a day and 1/2. He never called. We had the ice maker replaced 2 days later. We never spoke to Mr. Kennedy. Apparently he has all the business he needs.
