Very comfortable with the doctor and really appreciated his friendly attitude towards my father.
Dr. Aron Farrow is an exceptional doctor who truly cares about his patients. He is kind, compassionate, and takes the time to listen without making you feel rushed. He explains everything clearly so you understand exactly what is going on and what your treatment options are. What impressed me the most is how hard he advocated for me. Dr. Farrow is a very detailed and caring doctor.
So frustrating to have one of the best neurologist in the metro; however, one of the worst office staff. Days or weeks to actually get a return message or call to schedule and appointment or get a refill. As an epileptic patient, the timing, frustration and disappointment this causes is unbelievable. I would switch in a heartbeat if it was not for Dr. Farrow.
