Dr. Farrow is a very detailed and caring doctor.
So frustrating to have one of the best neurologist in the metro; however, one of the worst office staff. Days or weeks to actually get a return message or call to schedule and appointment or get a refill. As an epileptic patient, the timing, frustration and disappointment this causes is unbelievable. I would switch in a heartbeat if it was not for Dr. Farrow.
My wife and I went to Dr Farrow because my wife was experiencing some sort of neurological issues. This was in June 2020. Dr Farrow found two strokes and continued to tell my wife about that she has migraines and that she'd be back to work in two weeks.. Botox was the answer.. well my wife couldn't go back to work and insurance was running out and she applied for mercy financial.
