Dr. Karr and his nurse practitioners are friendly and knowledgeable. However, a reception staff can completely destroy patient opinions. Don't bother trying to call. After about 15 rings, they are going to answer the phone, "please hold." You will sit on hold until the phone starts to ring again, and the cycle starts over. All doctor's offices are busy.
