Very lousy when it comes to making sure meds are called in, idk how many times I'd have to call to have to remind them I needed it authorized or called in after an appointment. I remember she was supposed to send a heart monitor kit for me but sent me a sleep apnea test kit, like what? I also had to call the company to whoever she got it sent from and had to fix a claim they wanted to charge me for, and as far as medicines, I'll call and be put on hold forever when no one's even busy, they just yap at the front desk all day.... read more
The doctor isn't going to be the same as the turn of the year. So watch yourself cause if you go in and need to fixes your medication where you have it all and you don't have to do without it the staff will treat you like trash and if you defind yourself the staff and head nurse will come out and the thing is that is I didn't have control of my life then they could cause someone like me to mess up. But it's OK I only went there cause of the doctor and I'm fooling the doctor. The only ones there worth have is the case worker ... read more
