Absolutely unprofessional with their scheduling and returning calls. Waited 4 months for my appointment only to get it cancelled a week before then they try to push me back another 6 months. Theres nobody in the office half the time you call and when they are they don’t return your calls anyway. Better off driving to Philly for an ent thats actually available.
Dr. Jaworek is the absolute BEST ENT; we are very lucky to have him in our region. In my opinion, he ranks with the top throat docs in New York City (many of whom I had seen in the past). I completely trust his judgment and assessments.
Sharing my thoughts as I ended 2025 with my first visit with Dr. Jaworek, Laryngologist, with St. Luke's Health Facility & his more than caring staff! For 1.5 years, I've seen one specialist after another from both LVHN & St. Luke's, with challenging health issues. I recently tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Jaworek after finding him listed as a general ENT doctor on St. Luke’s “Find a Doctor” list. I was referred to Lori for his scheduling and left her a message. When she returned my call, her tone felt rude and condescending, and she even told me not to ask for Dr. Jaworek by name.
