I went because of kidney stones Sept 2024. The first doc needed to retire. Didn't do F all and didn't even take notes on what we talked about. Many reviews of him said they or their spouse died because of his negligence, so I switched to Ugarte, who was wonderful but retired. So they switched me to a young female doc who seemed okay. Just to test out urologists before I settled on a new one, they had one who was more "Gynecological side of it" on my last appointment. Ended up seeing her and the other lady that day. Dr. Sovell treated my elderly father in spring 2024. He was neither careful nor caring. Botched a surgery. Blamed the nurses. Disappeared for weeks. Did not care. I could go on.
Worst practice group ever. Impossible to speak to anyone to even schedule an appointment. Email and voice messages are ignored and never returned. They care zero about their patients.
