I got a divorce years ago, and my previous attorney was incompetent and left me with a messy divorce decree. I had trouble finding an attorney interested in helping me clean up the mess. Mr. Manter tried to file a faulty subpoena against me and was shut down because he was unaware of the rule for Ohio. He then again took me to court for his client and was again unaware of the law associated with this particular situation, I was lucky enough to have an attorney that was completely aware of the laws of the situation. Make sure you interview your attorney and they are aware of the laws per any case.
