I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Dr. Aaron Jeng’s office. I have lupus, and despite dealing with muscle weakness, chronic fatigue, and a throat infection for three months, they refused to provide any treatment or medication. When I asked for help, they just passed responsibility between my primary care and my rheumatologist, leaving me with no treatment at all. Lack of Teamwork and Poor Care Coordination that's the only issue here. I’ve been dealing with a serious health issue for three months, and this doctor’s office has completely failed to coordinate my care properly. Dr. Watkins is a gem. We are sad to see him go, as his attention to detail and sincere care is a rarity.
Dr. Jeng is a compassionate, empathic, and knowledgeable doctor. His office staff is also great. They went above and beyond to order me some prenatal tests when I was unable to see an OB in a timely fashion. I have kept him as my primary doctor even though I moved far away.
