I feel incredibly fortunate to have Dr. Aaron Shoemaker as my primary care physician. He’s very thorough, offers excellent advice, is helpful with referrals to specialists, he listens, he’s upbeat. 5-Star experience every time.
Dr. Shoemaker is what everyone hopes for in a primary care physician. He listens to your concerns, makes suggestions and offers treatment suggestions; all without rushing through the appointment. You never feel like you cannot fully discuss your health concerns with him. He asks perinent questions and logs the answers for future reference and always follows up on open/ongoing issues. Dr. Shoemaker takes great care of his patients! I’ve been taking my children to him for over 10 years. I trust his advice and expertise on everything from mental health to acne treatments. I feel comfortable asking questions, knowing that he will have the answer or find out. I would recommend Dr. Aaron Shoemaker to anyone.
I find Dr. Shoemaker more attentive and caring since he has limited hours, and I assume fewer patients. He wrote about functional medicine, and is working some into my treatment plan, but also embraces allopathic medicine. The right combination for me.
I have been a patient with this group for years ! And over the past year the staff on the phone and in the office have become rude and unprofessional and unaccommodating! Constant robotic calls for yearly checkup and when you call they say 6 months out ! When calling for a sick call they always recommend urgent care .If they are this busy then I need to find another group! Save your time and energy look for another group! Need better front desk and call center staff ! Unacceptable
