Dr. Friedman was fantastic! He explained everything that was going to happen during a procedure before getting started, talked me through it and giving the information needed so I didn't wonder what was going on. I never would have imagined I would willingly return to have a camera in my nose and throat, but Dr. Friedman and his team make the process understandable, comfortable, welcoming, and not at all scary. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman and his team for any otolaryngology concerns!
