Maxx always does a great job describing what is happening and he gives us great advice and options. We just got four Michelin tires with an alignment for less than we could have done going to Costco and an alignment center. Plus, the Ford alignment equipment is best for our car. Thanks!
Nothing but good things to say and I hate getting dealer servicing done! My service guy Maxx was engaging and courteous, explains the van (Transit 150) would take a little longer and offered to set up a ride home (didn’t need it). Van even came back clean which wasn’t expected and also under quote.
Excellent, very friendly and efficient service
