I wish zero stars were as an option. Yesterday was my very first and LAST time seeing fletcher (not putting Dr. or capitalizing his name (yeah it’s that deep)). The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, as soon as this man entered the room he had an attitude like I’d done something to him. I'm a current patient of Dr. Fletcher and my journey to recovery from a dog bite to my nose has been the most positive experience I could have hoped for. Dr. Fletcher is straightforward in his approach to care, no BS and is right there with you on the journey. I understand my reality and responsibility to my recovery and have complete trust confidence in Dr. Fletcher's ability as a surgeon.
Dr Fletcher work is amazing. Very patient and takes his time answering questions and making you comfortable. Very caring and compassionate about what he does.
It took me longer to drive from my home to his office than the actual appointment. With insurance I’m still stuck with a $230 bill go figure. I was having problems whereby my ear was continuing to be muffled. Initially I thought nothing about it because I was traveling but it started to happen more often which caused me concern.
