Dr. Fletcher is phenomenal. My son went to him first and came home raving about him. That made me go see him. The front office staff and back office staff is phenomenal. Very friendly. They had me laughing. If you need to see a ENT Dr. He's the one you're looking for. Thank you Dr. Fletcher and staff.

Dr. Aaron Fletcher is.... RUDE, CRUDE, CRASS, CONDESCENDING, ABRASIVE, and down right OFFENSIVE!!!! Not only does he lack ANY bed-side manners but he lack basic manners that even CHILDREN are expected to possess! (Saying hello to greet a new patient or greeting anyone who walks into your office, saying good bye before hanging up a telephone when speaking to a patient, introducing himself when meeting a new patient etc... ALL of which actually happened...) I would NEVER refer anyone to his services.... NO ONE! During my care ... read more

Dr. Fletcher and staff was wonderful. My first time visiting office was a great experience. I explained to Dr. Fletcher I was having problem with right ear. He examined my ear and said it is not cleaning itself out like left ear. He cleaned my ear and the feeling something was in my ear is gone. I hear well with both ears now. He scheduled me a appointment in a few months to check ear again for wax build-up. So thankful.
