Worst customer service ever. The doctor is great, but the front office is not. Every time I call, I only reach a voicemail system—no matter the time of day. The voicemail asks you to leave detailed information and promises a call back, which never happens. Instead, I suddenly receive a text message asking me to confirm an appointment that I never agreed to. There may be a little bit of a wait time, but other than that I look forward to these appointments more than my regular OBGYN. It's very thorough, and the doctor explained everything as he was doing it, so you understand what he's looking at. Plus, you get to see very clear images of your baby. Haven't had any problems with the staff.

When someone doesn’t want to work they can just go home. They don’t need to be like the receptionist there. Its no one’s fault that you have life problem. Ether be professional or go home sweetheart
Dr. Mullin is the best Dr ever! He takes the time to explain everything in detail during the ultrasound, making sure we understand every step. His kindness and patience are remarkable — no question is too small, and he answers each one with care and professionalism. Thanks to him, every visit feels reassuring and full of trust. Highly recommended!
