RecommendedMy key broke off in my deadbolt lock. They came out within an hour and fixed it in 15 minutes. And the technician wore a mask, which is important to me
Came out today to re-key 11 locks and with the service call fee, it was $177.00. An hour later and a key broke off inside one of the locks that they re-keyed. I called and the office said they would have them come back to get the broken key out. Was never told it would be an additional fee until after the fact. To get the broken key out of the lock I had already taken apart was $80.00.
I made a scary mistake this morning and hit the lock instead of unlock button when arriving at daycare with my daughter. These guys were extremely fast and friendly. They arrived and had it open within minutes!! Thank you for the awesome job that you do!
