We knew what we wanted-a place for our daughter to have her own suite, with a kitchen, bath and bedroom. We didn’t know whether it would be an addition or a separate casita. Aaron is by far the most competent, consistent, correct, and cordial contractor I have ever dealt with. I’m writing this review with several months delay; the project we hired Aaron & Co. for was delivered in September, 2023, with a starting date in April, 2023. I had to carefully check every invoice. We were mischarged multiple times. Aaron tried to charge us $950 for scooting cabinets that were in cardboard boxes from room to room 3 times, which would not have taken an hour. Aaron made up a $280 “transport” charge and when I questioned it, at first he said he wasn’t sure what it was for. He later said it was for Chuck going to get supplies.
