Do not bring your vehicle here unless you want to wait a week for service maybe even longer even if you have an appointment . Communication here is horrible it’s non existent. You leave a Voicemail and you let them know you need a call back they will not call you back. Called today and they told me “that’s just how dealerships work” no never in my life has a dealership let my car sit there untouched for a week. Do not come here they have horrible customer service and they don’t care.
Awful service. Don’t recommend anyone come here unless you want your time wasted and want to be price gouged
Cesar did amazing. I was trading in my car that I had for 10 years. It was emotional for me with the years of memories with my family. He worked with us with patience and listened. Great guy, great vibes and got us a wonderful car to take care of my family for years to come.
My wife and I was helped by was Richard Torres and he was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to work with us. I would highly recommend if you would want purchase a vehicle. Even when we had an accident he personally helped us out. He has been a blessing to work with. I’ve never had a car buying experience quite like this one. I registered on true car, got a call within five minutes. After a call with the Sales Manager Albert, I’m at the dealership signing papers. Mike is exceptional at what he does. He has a keen sense of detail and knows exactly what his customers want. This dealership will have my business for life because of how easy they made the experience. Cannot wait to enjoy this new Jeep Wrangler.
