their service scheduler is down on their website. So I tried via text schedule and got a text saying someone would follow up with me, it's been 5 business days no and no one has reached out to me.
Bought a used Ford Lightning in November 2025 and the credit union that this dealership used for financing is not following the monthly payment amount in the signed contract. Have contacted the finance department manager Albert and the sales person Zein at this dealership multiple times with no reply because this error has dropped my credit score by over 100 points. Is this dealership still open?
