I had an issue with Aaron Chrysler and they have totally resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Sam and the GM called me this morning and we worked together through what was a misunderstanding. They were very seriously concerned that I was dissatisfied and went the extra mile to ensure we came to an agreement and that I was totally satisfied upon the conclusion. Thank you Aaron for caring.

BEWARE prices aren't as advertised ...DEALER ADD ONS $4500 (alarm , ceramic coat , some windshield garbage ?)Saw the car online Saturday,I emailed to see if it was still available which I got a prompt response Then I emailed to get an out the door price....crickets.Finally today 4 days later I got a response with EXACTLY what I thought it would be ....dealer ADDons. Probably the worst car dealership Ive ever dealt with. If I could give a "0" rating i would. Nothing but lies and dishonest promises. After negotiating a price for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, I was forced to purchase an additional redundant alarm package last minute, at signing, "in order to keep their prices low and so they can make a little profit". When I say I've never felt so undermined I mean that. Aaron Dodge is the worst dealership I've ever worked with. In the 17 mos I've had my vehicle Aaron Dodge has been the only dealership I've taken my car to. I keep my car maintenanced regularly because my business requires me to drive alot.
