We had our laundry room restored after a pipe burst, and from start to finish Alan was outstanding. He stayed on top of every step of the process, kept everything on schedule, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. If you need a project manager that is on top of things, a great communicator, well organized, and punctual then you are looking for Robert Medlen. I first met Robert just a few days after my house fire and he set the tone for the whole project. The first day I met Robert there were tons of people in my house as he already had scores of people there to assess the damage. Jackie, Misty (and crew) of the Contents Department of Aaron Builders couldn’t be nicer people. On one of the worst days of my life (when my home and everything in it was devastated by fire), they brought such kindness and comfort to me in helping me determine what could and couldn’t be saved. Not sure why. I'm getting an email to review this comp several years later. I had flood damage to a 1/2 bath and a small living room. I was referred to Aaron Builders by my insurance company. This happened in April. The work was not even scheduled till September. 5 months later. I lived in a construction zone with three foot of all of my walling cut out.
