Aaron builders was recommended by Allstate to help repair water damage in our home. Allen and crew ensured the transaction between insurance and repairs was hands off on our end. Any issues or questions regarding the materials or work requested was above and beyond. The house was restored back to original condition and verified quality was met prior to signing off on insurance claim. I would recommend Aaron builders.
Aaron Builders were extremely professional with our insurance claim. We had water damage from our half bath. They expertly replaced our flooring with vinyl planking. I highly recommend this fabulous company.
Terrible, terrible company!! Very unprofessional! I trusted them to work on my home and I ended up with NO OVEN!!! I’m constantly calling months later to get my oven replaced and still the day before thanksgiving I still have NO OVEN!! Also my hood on my stove is missing and my pantry is empty, no shelves, they gave us a different refrigerator, Glenn is my project manager very inconsiderate and unprofessional this is such an inconvenience especially during this holiday season! Robert was helpful, reliable and trustworthy. He listened to my concerns, investigated and explained things to me in terms that I could understand. He gave me repair options and time to think about what I wanted to do. Robert also followed-up to make sure I was satisfied with the services provided and he rectified concerns that I brought to him. I highly recommend working with Robert if you are going to use Aaron Builders.
Big shout out to my project manager, Glen Davis, who facilitated the restoration of my house over the past 4 months. Their teams did a great job and made sure I was satisfied with the job. From mitigation to ceramic tile to hardwood floor to painting to the cleaning crew to the contents crew it was a lot and Glen was professional, courteous and so great to work with
