Aaron Brothers is FANTASTIC! Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience at this Aaron Brothers was great! I'm a landscape photographer, and needed to buy matting for a pic I was donating to a fundraiser. I was greeted warmly when I walked in by the store Manager, Liz. After explaining the pic was for a fundraiser, she offered to cut and mount my pic on the matting for free - normally $10... AND, while I waited!. Not enough? Aaron Brothers is difficult at best and frustrating at worst. Does not answer phone, no message, not well organized. I have not had wonderful experiences with this business. Usually the help is not overly friendly, not particularly knowledgeable about store stock or how to get something and totally unskilled in custormer relations. Prices are so-so or on the high side but good art stock. My tip would be to do as I do and buy elsewhere whenever possible.
Expensive shop Because my major is art and then i know that this store is pretty expensive compared to art essential. The store sell frames and any others art supplies for drawing and painting. They also sell canvas. Parking is not easy since the store doesn't have a parking lot but it's not a big deal that. I never buy anything in here because i know this store is pretty expensive. Staff are helpful.
Frame Store.... I love this store. Every time I am looking for a nice frame or a frame and matting for a party (as a keepsake), this is the place I go to. They have everything you could possibly need or want when it comes to frames, matting, or even photo albums. Stocking stuffers at Christmas time can be found here as well.
CUSTOM FRAMING BEWARE Would not recommend ordering custom matting. I placed an order for 2 custom mats to be cut to frame my diplomas (~$60). After a week, I called and they said the order had problems and they reordered the mats. After another 2 weeks, they said to come in and they would create them in the store. After returning home, I realized not only was the mat the wrong size, but also they had only given me 1. I called and they stated they would personnally deliver the mats. aaron brothers framing this place is very upscale but yet they have great sales. they do a very professional job and you will not be disappointed with the results. the framing and matting jobs they do are excellent. i will return in the near future
Service is impeccable, and coupons valuable. You're treated like you should be in this high-end feeling, yet reasonably-priced store. Everything you need for framing on your own as well as custom framing. Beautiful albums and frames, great selection of portfolios. PROS: Great service, watch for valuable coupons. CONS:
High end framing If you have an expensive painting or piece of art- take it to Aaron Brothers framing. They do a wonderful job and have a vast selection of frames and matting. They have very expensive frames made from woods and other composites. They have a huge selection of mattings in many colors and textures and they will help you select which ones look the best with your art. Nice Frames - Great Prices If you love pictures and hate paying high prices for frames - check out Aaron Brothers - especially during their twice a year 1cent sale. They always have great sale prices - but the one sent sale is amazing. You buy one frame get one for 1cent - basically 2 for 1. This sale does not include every frame in the store - but covers about 60% of the frames they sale.
