Aaron Brothers is FANTASTIC! Unlike the previous reviewer, my experience at this Aaron Brothers was great! I'm a landscape photographer, and needed to buy matting for a pic I was donating to a fundraiser. I was greeted warmly when I walked in by the store Manager, Liz. After explaining the pic was for a fundraiser, she offered to cut and mount my pic on the matting for free - normally $10... AND, while I waited!. Not enough? She donated the matting materials too - normally $20! As far as I'm concerned, it doesn't get any bet... read more
Aaron Brothers is difficult at best and frustrating at worst. Does not answer phone, no message, not well organized. I have not had wonderful experiences with this business. Usually the help is not overly friendly, not particularly knowledgeable about store stock or how to get something and totally unskilled in custormer relations. Prices are so-so or on the high side but good art stock. My tip would be to do as I do and buy elsewhere whenever possible.
