Dr Brooking is patient, extremely informative, answers any/all questions and makes me feel like I matter.
Dr. Brooking himself is NOT great, and I would NOT recommend him as a doctor. In addition, the staff here is severely inhumane, under-trained, unprofessional, do not communicate with one another, and act in medically abusive ways towards their patients when they feel inconvenienced. Shandreeza R should be ashamed for laughing at patients who are in pain and suffering, and Angela should be ashamed for encouraging her staff to act unprofessionally. I went with a friend whom tried a spinal simulator and Dr. Brooking was extremely knowledgeable about backs and how to find the root cause of the pain. He helped my friend and saved him from having to get a spinal simulator and another surgery. If you have any back problems, he’s the God of backs and is very friendly and punctual.
Not one who likes doing surveys. However, my experience with Dr. Brooking was THE BEST! He was thorough, didn’t rush and took time to make sure I understood the intricacies of the MRI and CT scans. A+
