Stay away from this contractor. I did not hire him but unfortunately my neighbor did. His unsupervised sub contractor demolished my wall without prior notice or permission. We now have our kitchen roof exposed to the elements. His certificate of insurance that he furnished us is worthless as we tried to make a claim with his carrier and we were advised that he was not covered for the damage he brought on with his inept work force.
