We have been renting with Our State for about two years now. Our property manager, Aaron Bieler, is quick with making repairs, easy to communicate with, and very understanding. We had an AC issue over the summer and he had someone out in less than 24 hours to repair the problem. We have had experiences renting in the past where we were without amenities (dishwasher issues, mold issues, AC going out) for weeks at a time and no communication. Aaron helped my parents buy a home in 2019 and he recently helped me and my boyfriend purchase a home earlier this month. We cannot speak highly enough of him and would recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate agent. My boyfriend and I didn't know the first thing about buying a home and Aaron guided us throughout the entire home buying process.
