We have been renting with Our State for about two years now. Our property manager, Aaron Bieler, is quick with making repairs, easy to communicate with, and very understanding. We had an AC issue over the summer and he had someone out in less than 24 hours to repair the problem. We have had experiences renting in the past where we were without amenities (dishwasher issues, mold issues, AC going out) for weeks at a time and no communication.
