Downhill since Dr. Berman retired. I needed an EKG from my psychiatrist. I called to make the appointment, and immediately the receptionist was extremely rude and gave me an attitude. When I got there for my appointment, the staff was totally incompetent and had an attitude. I waited an hour for a simple EKG. I have never had problems with order forms sent electronically absolutely anywhere before - this felt like total discrimination against being a psychiatric patient. Colonoscopy on January 13, 2026 with Dr Bark. Everything went very smoothly, from check in, prep, the procedure itself, and recovery. Encountered many doctors, nurses and staff…. All were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
Dr. Berman has been my cardiologist for the last 13 years. He’s always kind considerate respectful and he takes his time. I’m going to definitely be unhappy when he retires and have to try and find a new cardiologist.
Dr. Berman was very helpful to me. I had a hip replaced and he prescribed meds that helped me with swelling in my leg . he is my heart Dr. and knew my condition. can't thank you enough patrick benson
