We learned a lot through this home buying process with the assistance of Aaron and Tricia. For example, what termite damage looks like, and issues with an older home as they pertain to obtaining insurance. One of our favorite tips, though, was to get a pre-listing inspection prior to listing our home for sale. It undoubtedly saved us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars.
