I bought my home last year and during the process I was provided with an inspection report issued by Aaron Alan. Shortly after moving into my home, I called Aaron Aaron Alan to understand the report because it seemed a little incomplete but Pam pretended like she had no clue what I was talking about. I asked Pam if she wanted me to get the Structural Pest Control Board involved and she said “go ahead”. I submitted a complaint to the Board and they quickly found them in violation. WORST PEST CONTROL COMPANY EVER! Filed a claim with the STATE PEST CONTROL BOARD because they issued a false termite report during escrow and it turns out the house we bought was loaded with termites. The pest control board made Aaron Alan remedy the situation, but it has been the worst experience ever. Brenden has no idea what he is doing and Pam has been rude and terrible with communication.
