I had the unfortunate happen in the dead of winter. My heat pump officially died. This was about 3 years ago when we were experiencing temperatures in the single digits for about 2 weeks straight. Aaron Air came out quickly and within approximately 3 days we had a brand new unit! Steve and his crew at Aaron Air also provided follow ups with us throughout the year.
