Im so unhappy with the facial I got here from Pooja. I had mentioned that I have sensitive skin and I get bruise marks if blackheads are extracted with force. But she insisted on removing them. I thought she will make it gentle. It was so painful. I have black bruise/scars all over my nose. It’s so embarrassing. She ruined my face. They should know basics of facial. Nobody applies so much pressure that it causes bruises. Never going back.

I love this place. Liz has been my go-to person. I like the other services too but for eyebrows threading and Brazilian waxing, I haven’t found a better place than this around here.

I had a waxing appointment, and this was my first time. I was assigned to Kanta. While she did try to be thorough, I found myself having to ask her multiple times to redo certain areas because there were patches of hair left behind. She also mentioned a few times that she was feeling hot or dizzy, which didn’t make me feel very confident about the service. I still tipped her for her effort, but I don’t plan on returning. I think the salon needs to improve its level of professionalism and consistency.
