I had a waxing appointment, and this was my first time. I was assigned to Kanta. While she did try to be thorough, I found myself having to ask her multiple times to redo certain areas because there were patches of hair left behind. She also mentioned a few times that she was feeling hot or dizzy, which didn’t make me feel very confident about the service. I still tipped her for her effort, but I don’t plan on returning. I think the salon needs to improve its level of professionalism and consistency.

I had waxing appointment. This was my first time. They assigned me to Kanta. She did mention at times that she was feeling hot, she is feeling dizzy etc. Overall I did tip her for her service but won't be coming back again. They need to improve their professional service.
