He did a comprehensive and detailed review of my teeth and gums, showing me past, present, and future work already done or possibly to be done, educating me about the reasons and solutions for problem areas. This was the most painful dental cleaning I've ever had (and I have been getting semi-annual cleanings for over 35 years). It has been nearly a week and my gums are still sore. I told them I was in pain multiple times and they just kept going, even after I asked them to stop (I should have just left but I kept thinking they were almost done).
