Dr. Effat Farrokhshad is a very experienced dentist and conducted herself in a professional manner.she is amazing. Kind , caring , fast , knowledgeable and organized. Staff were good as well. Highly recommended.
Every time I go here it has always a positive experience. The staff is extremely kind and knowledgeable about the work being done, they are quick, and they are prompt! They do an excellent job on cleaning and maintaining and minor works such as fillings. Please note that I have not had any major work done so I cannot comment on complicated procedures. They send out many reminders via email, phone calls, and even physical mail as well so they are great for those who are not tech savvy. 10/10
If I could give Dr. Efat 10 stars, I would! After seeing multiple dentists, I can confidently say she is one of the best. She takes her time and has an incredibly gentle touch. I’m usually nervous about dental visits, but with Dr. Efat, I could honestly fall asleep in the chair. Her team—Selma and Arsh—are also very friendly, professional, and welcoming. Highly recommended!
Used to be good - 5 years ago. Went in for a lost filling, Dr Efat, who is clearly either too old or inexperienced, told me a) I needed a full root canal and crown, and b) then told me she wasn't able to do the root canal and foisted me off to a specialist but expected me back for the crown. I was then quoted $2600 for just the root canal process with and additional 2k for the crown.
