My wife had an appointment today and we drove over an hour to get there from Springfield. We arrived on time and they asked my wife if she had filled out her paperwork. My wife said not yet as she just got there, they said they needed to call the dr to see if she still wanted to see my wife called Dr. Dees to see if she still wanted to see her 3:00 new patient and Dr. Dees declined. They told us we would have to reschedule. We said no thank you and left.
I had a great experience with Dr. Dees and her team. She was very attentive, took the time to listen to my concerns, and made sure all of my questions were answered thoroughly. I never felt rushed during my appointment, which made a big difference. The office staff at the Pooler location was friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I highly recommend anyone to Dr. Dees looking for quality care.
This is my second visit with Aariel Dees and I must say she is very transparent got answers for every concern you may have and she make sure it gets done. I couldn’t have asked for a better caring person like her. I will recommend anyone to her & the office team , the place was very very clean and organized with everyone having great customer service skills.
