I've been with Mathew for 2 yrs, was going to renew for a 3rd, however, after being hung up on deliberately twice by Andy, and failing to reach Matt, I choose to pay more at geico rather than be disrespected. Notified Victoria of my not renewing yet was still renewed against my will. And they will let me speak to Mathew to resolve. Had to go to bank and will continue to inform my people of the stunning unprofessionalism I've experienced.
