Agent Karen Schwan, now with AARE in Florida, neglected my purchase once her commission was ascertained. Upon move-in I discovered plumbing, electrical, structural and large appliance problems I hadn’t been apprised of. It seems she did not attend the inspection. Her broker refused to file an insurance claim, and helped minimumly to correct the problems. The purchase was, and continues to be, a headache and a heartache. Avoid!
