I have used Aardvark for many projects over the years. They always do a great job. Mike Curran will go over and above to make sure things are done right. One year he even left a family Thanksgiving gathering in Northern Michigan to return to Toledo to finish a project for me! I would not consider using any other company.
Gutters damaged and need repair due to Curran's negligence, carelessness and ineptness. Curran unsatisfactorily completed a painting job last summer and only after I hired an attorney. Only one star because google doesn't allow -200 stars!
Curran started in April. He worked a bit then took an extended lunch break leaving unfinished repairs including ladder and hammer on the roof. Curran and his wife tried to extort more and more money to finish job. Only after I had hired an attorney did Curran finish painting in Nov.
The guys did an awesome job!
I gave a 5 Star rating because I received 5 Star service. I am late in writing this review, because the painting was done last summer. I hired Aardvark on a friend's recommendation. My house has aluminum siding and the garage is cedar board wood siding. The house was sprayed and the garage brushed. I was out of town at the time it was painted but if an issue came up Chad immediately called to ask what I wanted done. A friend sent me pictures of the progress .
