I am clearing out my mother's estate and had a very difficult to sell antique folding bed. I found Aardvark online and reached out to them for assistance. Based on my photos they agreed to consign the piece. Upon evaluation, they priced it at $2995 with the caution that such a special piece might take a while to sell. Fantastic experience! They sold a piece for me that I was told by other “professionals” I would maybe get $1500 max. They sold it for $3500!! It may take a minute to sell but good things take time! Thanks guys!

I contacted Charles to appraise an unusual item - some grave sites I had inherited. He was wonderful to work with, and went over and above to get me the highest valuation possible. His credentials are impressive. Highly recommended!

I contacted Charles Pharr to appraise a painting I planned to donate to a local university. He was very responsive, worked quickly to accomplish what I needed. Recently, I asked him to send me more paperwork and, again, he responded immediately, sending what I needed.

Biased Auction House. I made a bid for lot 138 at their auction today and it held for about 45 seconds without any other bids coming in, then someone else bids and they sell within 10 seconds. I’m fine with losing a bid, but not when it’s clear they drew out time for my bid and cut it short for someone else. Don’t mess with a biased auction house.
