Never take you baby dog there they are very irresponsible very unprofessional my dog got big arm pit cut because of them and did not even take resposability for what they did I never return there for nothing my dog was on pain because of you
I made a reservation to board my dog 6 months before our trip. I called to confirm drop off times 3 days prior to our trip. On Saturday’s they are supposed to be there until noon for drop off. I arrived at 10:30 am — no one was there, and no one answered the phone. I waited 30 minutes then had to make a spur of the moment decision to board him somewhere else, thank goodness they had an opening. I left a voicemail and sent an email and here we are a week later and I have yet to receive a single response.
I have been very happy here. Very professional and they make me and my pets feel very comfortable.
