TODAY WAS MY FIRST VISIT AND I'M THRILLED!!!! These doctors and staff genuinely care for animals and it shows in the good deeds that they do. Pleasantly, not just an amazing doctor, but, the entire staff is friendly and more than willing to please. They take excellent care of their patients, take in strays and homeless pets to find them homes, care for them if they are sick or need surgery and foster and board in large areas so the dogs are not penned up all day in a small cage 4 feet off the floor. An Amazing practice. I have brought two cats to be neutered and to help find them homes. She has some great pets for adoption and anyone looking for a new friend should check them out. With a great staff an inviting office, I think anyone will feel welcome, human, feathered of furred!
Fantastic Vet & Wonderful Staff. I can always get an appointment when I need one regardless of the day or time. This is the most compassionate vet I have ever taken my pets to. I love Dr. Thomas and I love how she really cares about the animals which is lacking in this field, plus when she tells me I need to do something to or for my vet I always comply as I know she would never take advantage of me and try to gauge me financially,
Love this Vet & staff !! As mention in the other reviews this Lady is compassionate to the pet as well as the owner. My first encounter with Dr. Thomas was unfortunate & ended in the euthanasia of our dear pet & she was very comforting, even hugging & crying like she new our pet for a long time. What impressed me most was I left in such an emotional state that I forgot to pay for the visit & was never hassled about it. Dr. Thomas and her staff and professional and caring, we take our two dogs and parakeet to Dr. T for the past 3 years and she is wonderful. She cares deeply and treats her patients and their owners like family. Dr. T and her staff are more than willing to spend ample time answering all questions with sound advice and direction. My dogs Vader and Drake love her and I appreciate how in depth and dedicated her methods of treatment are. We highly recommend Dr. Thomas and her staff at Aardvark Animal Hospital.
Dr Thomas rocks and so does her staff! They treat you and your pet like a member of the family. You can't ask for anything better than that! They go above and beyond general vet care including making house calls. She and her staff are truly wonderful people who care about giving your pet the best care possible, regardless of what it takes.
I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to my pets care. When I stumbled upon Dr. Thomas while looking for an Avian vet, it was a blessing! She cares, she's honest, and she doesn't break the bank. While I have a regular vet that I have gone to for years (whom I also love), I have often found myself referring to Dr. Thomas more and more.
