On 10/27 I brought in my cat because she was limping and favoring her hind right paw. She is a 19 year old outdoor indoor American short hair. My mom and I explained this to them and that in the whole time of having her we have never had any problem of this sort. I then explained that her paw looked damaged, almost bruised. Do Not Use! Under any circumstance! Dr. Thomas, performed an unecessary procedure on our Border Collie, causing permanent damage. She never offered an apology or restitution. We filed a complaint with the State Licensure Commission. I have attached the results.
They take great care of my pets.
