Person I was speaking to was willing to work with my busy schedule without getting frustrated. I am a very busy person with inconsistent schedules, I often get deep breaths with the person on the phone I am trying to schedule with. As far as the service goes, they were very prompt with the schedule time and answered every question I had to ask without trying to sell me additional services. I called them because I was concerned with the amount of spiders I was seeing. Problem solved! It didn't cost me arm and a leg either!
