We are very grateful for the incredible service we received. While traveling, we had car trouble and had to pull off the highway. They quickly diagnosed the problem, removed the alternator, arranged for it to be repaired and reinstalled it…all in the same afternoon! They understood our family was stranded and needed our vehicle to tow a trailer home so getting it repaired quickly was extremely important to us. We can’t thank them enough. Very helpful, they let me get a short notice scan done on the vehicle for a reasonable price. Was helpful with figuring out how/when to handle the problem (considering I had to leave the next day).

Can't praise them enough! Especially Neel who has gone above and beyond for me! He has patiently listened to me try and diagnose engine light issue using AI's assistance with my car after Precise Mechanical and dealership made mistakes/charged me through the roof for labor/parts and still failed to diagnose. We limped into Neel’s shop as our truck suddenly was vibrating at the front end. He was the closest auto shop. He dropped what he was doing to take a look, quickly diagnosed the problem and booked us in for the repair. As we were on our way to an appointment in Nanaimo he readily offered a courtesy car. On top of all this he charged us very fair pricing. We are happy to recommend Aaras Auto Repairs.
